
Summer salad
Summer salad with oil-free dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 bell pepper red, orange or yellow – chopped
- ½ cup red onion diced
- 1 pear chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
3-2-1 salad dressing
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the 3-2-1 dressing by mixing all ingredients and set aside.
- Mix all ingredients, including the dressing, and toss to combine.
