
Omega-3 volcano crackers
Seed based crackers
Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup ground flax seeds
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup water
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (ideally on the convection bake setting).
- Mix all ingredients and let sit for 5-10 min for the water to be fully absorbed.

- Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The thinner the layer, the better.

- Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and cut into desired size.

- Place back in the oven and continue to bake for 20-30 more min.
- Let cool on a wire rack.

- Store in an airtight container for a chewy texture and an open contained for a crunchy texture.
