Omega-3 volcano crackers

Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (ideally on the convection bake setting).
  • Mix all ingredients and let sit for 5-10 min for the water to be fully absorbed.

  • Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The thinner the layer, the better.

  • Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and cut into desired size.
  • Place back in the oven and continue to bake for 20-30 more min.
  • Let cool on a wire rack.
  • Store in an airtight container for a chewy texture and an open contained for a crunchy texture.
