Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F (ideally on the convection bake setting).
Mix all ingredients and let sit for 5-10 min for the water to be fully absorbed.
Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The thinner the layer, the better.
Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and cut into desired size.
Place back in the oven and continue to bake for 20-30 more min.
Let cool on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container for a chewy texture and an open contained for a crunchy texture.
