
“No-tuna” salad
Plant based "no-tuna" salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz chickpea canned – 1 x 15 oz can
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 pickle chopped
- 2 celery sticks chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
Instructions
- Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.
