Ingredients
 
 

  • 8 oz chickpea canned – 1 x 15 oz can
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 pickle chopped
  • 2 celery sticks chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the chickpeas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.
