Ingredients
 
 

  • 16 oz black beans (2×15 oz cans)
  • 2 tomato medium, chopped
  • ½ onion red, chopped
  • 8 oz corn (15 oz can)
  • 6 oz water chestnuts sliced and drained
  • 1 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1 lime juice only
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and serve.
