
Black bean salad
Black bean salad with balsamic lime dressing
Ingredients
- 16 oz black beans (2×15 oz cans)
- 2 tomato medium, chopped
- ½ onion red, chopped
- 8 oz corn (15 oz can)
- 6 oz water chestnuts sliced and drained
- 1 cup cilantro fresh, chopped
- 1 lime juice only
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and serve.
