
One Bowl Blueberry Crisp
Oil-free, gluten-free, sugar-free vegan blueberry crisp
Ingredients
Blueberry filling
- 2 lbs blueberry frozen
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 lemons juice only
- ¼ cup water
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 2½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup walnuts chopped (or chopped pecans)
- 1 cup applesauce
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
- To prepare the filling, mix all filling ingredients into one large bowl.

- Transfer the filling mixture into a baking dish (ideally 9" x 13").

- Mix all topping ingredients in the same large bowl used in step #2.

- Spread the topping crumble over the blueberry filling in an uniform layer.

- Bake for 55 min uncovered.
