Heat the oven at 380 °F (approx. 195 °C) on the convection bake setting.
Cut the tempeh in cubes of 1 cm length size.
Mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, maple syrup and liquid smoke in a container. Place the tempeh in the container, close and mix well. Let it sit for about 5 min to marinate.
Place the marinated tempeh on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 min.
Veggies and sauce
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Dice all veggies and place them in separate bowls.
Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients and add water gradually to reach the desired consistency.
