Instructions
Crumble the tofu into the pan and cook it for 5-7 min, until the water has completely evaporated.
Add all spices and cook for 3-5 more minutes, mixing the tofu to obtain an homogeneous yellow composition.
Add the plant-based milk and cook for about 30 more seconds.
Serve immediately with toasted bread and cucumbers, tomatoes, or red bell pepper.
