Ingredients
 
 

  • 14 oz tofu firm
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the tofu into the pan and cook it for 5-7 min, until the water has completely evaporated.

  • Add all spices and cook for 3-5 more minutes, mixing the tofu to obtain an homogeneous yellow composition.

  • Add the plant-based milk and cook for about 30 more seconds.

  • Serve immediately with toasted bread and cucumbers, tomatoes, or red bell pepper.
