
1-pot lentil stew
Four ingredients lentil stew
Ingredients
- 1 onion yellow
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 celery sticks
- 4 carrots medium size
- 1½ cup lentils
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cup water
Instructions
- Chop the veggies and add these to a pot with a little bit of water and salt. Saute for 5-7 minutes.

- Add the lentils and the rest of the water to the pot and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the lentils are tender.

Notes
- You can substitute the water with vegetable broth.
- Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with whole-wheat bread.
